Our Physical Therapists
Robin has been with Lexington Clinic since 1989. She has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the Lexington Clinic approach to shoulder rehabilitation. This approach is centered on the position, motion, and control of the scapula and incorporates trunk, hip, and leg motion in the therapeutic exercise for shoulder dysfunction. Robin has delivered presentations and workshops on this truly functional approach to shoulder rehabilitation at the Lexington Clinic annual shoulder symposium and as a guest lecturer throughout the United States and in Italy.
Daun joined Lexington Clinic in 2002 and is the most experienced of our clinical physical therapists. She has a strong background in biomechanical principles, as well as manual therapy skills.
Originally from South Africa, Miemie brings a unique training and strong background in manual therapy to the Lexington Clinic staff. Joining Lexington Clinic in 2004, Miemie brought an added dimension to the physical therapy staff.
Keith joined Lexington Clinic in 1998 and has a strong interest in shoulder and scapular function in sports, work, and other activities. He is certified by Go-lo golf in evaluation and training for golf. He has also been a guest presenter at workshops and seminars throughout the United States and in Italy.
Mark is the most recent addition to the Lexington Clinic physical therapy staff, joining in 2004. Mark brings a unique point of view to the physical therapy staff and its perspective on shoulder function and rehabilitation as he was an NCAA Division 1 swim coach for 9 years.
Denise joined Lexington Clinic in 2002, practicing at the Lexington Clinic East location. After graduating from the University of Louisville physical therapy program, Denise specializes in orthopedic and manual therapy including functional therapy and is certified in Mulligan training.
Jeannie has been with Lexington Clinic since 2001, practicing at the Lexington Clinic East location. Jeannie has seventeen years of experience primarily in orthopedic and manual therapy. Her training includes functional therapy and is certified in Mulligan training.
Carrie is the site coordinator for the physical therapy department at Lexington Clinic East and has been with Lexington Clinic since 1997. Carrie is experienced in sports and orthopedic physical therapy as well as manual therapy.
